1 lb average size A culinary delight among winter squash. A blend of butternut and buttercup varieties but much sweeter. Think of it like an heirloom tomato in terms of extra flavor. But note that this is not an old fashioned variety, honeynuts were first developed in the 1980's at nearby Cornell University.
