Butler Coffee Lab is a nonprofit social enterprise based in Pennsylvania with a mission to brew more than coffee—it brews opportunity. Founded by entrepreneurs with backgrounds in product development and manufacturing, BCL was created to address a persistent gap: meaningful employment for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to work. Every part of the operation is designed with inclusion at the core, from accessible workstations to individualized training.
