These Terms apply to PIG, a food offer service operated by FarmFan LLC d/b/a Harvie.
By using PIG, joining the PIGlist, responding to offers, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
What PIG is
PIG sends limited food offers from independent farms and producers to people who have signed up to receive them.
Offers may be limited in quantity, available for a short time, or available only in certain delivery areas.
Text messaging terms
By providing your phone number and joining PIG, you agree to receive recurring text messages from PIG or Harvie about food offers, account updates, and customer service.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase.
You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
You can reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Offers
PIG offers are not guaranteed.
An offer may sell out, expire, change, or become unavailable.
We may limit quantities per person or household.
Orders and payment
If you claim an offer, you may be asked to complete checkout, confirm delivery details, or pay through Harvie or another approved payment method.
Prices, taxes, delivery fees, deposits, and other charges will be shown before purchase when applicable.
Delivery
Delivery availability depends on your location and the specific offer.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the stated delivery date, but delivery times may vary due to weather, producer availability, routing, or operational issues.
Refunds and credits
Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion, depending on the issue.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Acceptable use
Do not use PIG to:
- Abuse, harass, or threaten others
- Interfere with the service
- Submit false information
- Attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use
Changes to the service
We may change, pause, or discontinue PIG at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
